Positive: Luciana the owner was very helpful, met us to show us the facilities and kept in contact with us to make sure that every thing was satisfactory. Location was surprisingly quiet for Naples - facing in to an inner court yard of a block of flats and away from the road. Light and airy with balcony to sit out on. Convenient shops and cafes plus metro station to get in to centre of Naples (about 25 min). Small lift which was useful as flat is on 2nd floor. Two good sized shower rooms with WCs. Spacious living room with enough seats for everyone.
Negative: Some of the kitchen equipment was a little dated and the oven was slow to heat up. The neighbours on the floor above were a bit noisy in the evening (though not late in to the night). Dining area a little cramped if the table was fully extended as it had to be for us as a party of 6
