Positive: Great views .comfortable and ideally what we wanted .
Negative: Some proper disclosure . You cannot say it has parking or public parking and realize it’s not really there . Anyone can park on the street of a city (so when you state the property has parking , well That a misrepresentation . Secondly I like to hike but to carry luggage up from a car with no parking up 160 steps is not a normal note you make at the end of the description. Anyone with a heart condition should avoid this place . It’s beautiful once you’re in the house but getting in and out is a nightmare. So 9.3 rating it is NOT
