Charming family home with private pool and beautiful garden Casa Sevillana is a comfortable house with private pool and has enough space to accommodate two families. You enter the house into the dining area which has a large window looking out to the garden and pool. To the right there is a rustic well equipped kitchen (including a dishwasher) and to the left, a small cosy lounge area with a wood burner. There are two twin bedrooms and two bedrooms with double beds as well as two shower rooms. The stylish Moroccan dining table on the spacious, covered terrace lets you enjoy your meals 'al fresco' style whilst taking in the views of the subtropical garden and pool. Internet is in the whole house available. Relax on the sun loungers after a refreshing dip into the pool. This house has all you need for a memorable holiday. There is a small apartment on the first floor of the building which is occasionally used by the owners. However the pool and garden are for the exclusive use of our clients. CTC-20180252200 Casa Sevillana is set at the end of a cul-de-sac alley (200 m unpaved) in a rural location on the edge of Fuente del Gallo. Puntalejos Bay is only 500 m away and Fuente del Gallo is only a 10- minute walk. Fuente del Gallo is an exclusive residential area just outside Conil with elegant properties and stunning gardens. There is a small but well-stocked supermarket as well as a restaurant with a tapa bar and a shaded garden. There are three good beach restaurants, and several beach bars in the summer where you can get a nice cool drink or enjoy a delicious Paella.
