Cape Shores beauty located just steps from the beach. This 7 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom beach house is ready to make your beach vacation dreams come true! Plenty of parking in the driveway or 2 car garage. 1st floor presents 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and laundry room. There's a small deck out the rear with an outdoor shower, table and chairs and a couple lounging chairs. On the 2nd floor you'll find a WELL equipped kitchen with breakfast nook. Directly off the kitchen is a HUGE dining room with seating up to eight. Through the sliding glass door is a spacious deck with wrap around couches, perfect for that end of night drink and watching the sunset. Off the dining room is living room with TV and ceiling fans. And finally, this floor has a great game room that features a pool table, foosball and dart board. The 3rd floor has the master bedroom with ensuite bathroom, another large bedroom and a smaller bedroom with 2 twin beds. This house sleeps 16 guests, perfect for a couple families looking to vacation together. This rental is dog friendly!

CANCELLATION POLICY: All reservations are subject to a nonrefundable $80 admin fee. If GUEST cancels 60 days prior to arrival date then 100% refund will be provide (less $80 admin fee). If the GUEST cancels 30 days prior to arrival date then 50% refund will be provided (less $80 admin fee)
