Negative: It made it hard that we had to coordinate a time to meet the property manager. She was super nice but we had two young kids so when they were done for the day it was earlier than expected so we had to try to coordinate a new time and then wait for the host and it was just a lot. I wish it was mentioned in the summary that we had to coordinate key retrieval because I wouldn’t have boooked knowing that.
Summary: Host was nice but I don’t like the freedom to check in and out whenever we want.
