Positive: Big bedrooms with comfortable mattresses and pillow, nice big bathrooms (3 of 4 have windows), big screen TV, strong Wi-Fi, big 2-car garage, modern appliances with well-working washer-dryer and dishwasher, nice, covered patio area and artificial grass in back yard. GREAT mountain views - except (see below)..., mostly quiet neighborhood.
Negative: Construction site adjacent to the property towards the golf course. It seems that they're building another house there and have dug-out the ground for the foundation. Tall crane hovers in the air just past the property line. Lounging on the patio includes the crane in your immediate field of vision. Construction workers are mostly busy from 8am to 6pm. Some loud machinery during the day when we were there. We weren't informed about the construction going on. Had we known, we wouldn't have rented the property. Access to the building and garage has sharp, narrow turns to reach the property. Neighbors on one-side have 2 (sometimes) barking dogs. Neighbors on the other side have (sometimes) crying child. There was a "Tourist Fee" assessed when we left which was 1.10 Euros per person, per day. We knew about this before booking, but weren't happy about it. While there are trash bins inside the property, there are also paper, glass, and plastics/metals recycling bins in the town. UNFORTUNATELY, the bins for the OTHER general and organic trash is locked and the owner of the house doesn't have the "key" to open it. There are signs outside those bins saying there is a 400 Euro fine for leaving trash outside of the bins. There weren't many towels provided for our 6-person, 9-night stay. We had to wash/dry them. The frying pan tops don't fit the frying pans and kept sliding off whenever we moved the frying pans. The induction cooking top is confusing and hard to use. There were no kitchen towels, wash cloths, paper towels, or scrubbers/sponges in the kitchen so we asked the owner to bring and he did. The house has no air conditioning, which we knew about, but we weren't expecting a Pyrenees Mountain heat wave when we were there. There are no fans in the house, but the owner brought us 1 small fan for the 4 occupied bedrooms.
Summary: Great Mountain Views, except for SURPRISE construction site/tall crane overhead. House lacked basics
