Casa Rural Colmenarejo is located in an irrigated farm. The house has been renovated, an old stone building, used for the drying of pepper and a portal with two heights to hang the tobacco. The structure of the building is in the traditional style of La Vera, with ordinary masonry walls around its perimeter,
and cover is made of wood and Arabic tiles.
THE REHABILITIZED BUILDING:
The interior of the building has been emptied internally, maintaining the perimeter masonry walls throughout the ground floor, with opening holes for lights and ventilation of the different rooms. From the living room there is a staircase leading to the first floor where seven double bedrooms with bathrooms are located each, three of which have double beds and independent terraces, the remaining four have two 1.05 m beds.
The structure of the building is mixed with metal pillars and perimeter walls of masonry with recercados of doors and exterior windows of brick of tile, on which they support the slabs of pre-stressed concrete joists, ceramic vault and compression layer the slab of the first floor and expanded polyethylene vault on the roof, with an area facing west sloping.
The roof is developed to two water the west facing is of mixed ceramic tile and the east facing tile curved ceramic.
The exterior carpentry is made of wood with double glazing. The interior woodwork all the doors of passage are of wood double franciscanas type as well as the entrance door.
The floors of the rooms on the first floor are of rustic flooring, and ceramic plate baths. The walls of the bathrooms are tiled.
The floors of the ground floor are of rustic stoneware with cement joint, The kitchen or the bathrooms are tiled with stoneware tiles.
The constructed area is 460.00 m / 2.
It is located in the Finca de Colmenarejo, in the municipality of Cuacos de Yuste. The farm is irrigated, and is located on a plain next to Arroyo de la Aliseda.
