Positive: We absolutely loved our two-week stay at Casa Rosaria! The property is warm and inviting, and the photos are a true representation of both the home and its surroundings. The hosts were very friendly and responsive, and check-in was smooth. We felt at home right away. The location is ideal — just a short 10-minute drive to the historic center of Ostuni. It truly offers the best of both worlds: countryside living with quick and easy access to shops, restaurants, and day trips across the region. The house was spotlessly clean and thoughtfully furnished. Both bedrooms were very comfortable, and having air conditioning in every room was a huge plus during the hot summer days and nights. The home cools down quickly, so you rarely need the AC running for long, even in extreme heat. The open-plan kitchen and living area had everything we needed, but we mostly enjoyed dining outdoors. The rooftop terrace is fantastic for evening drinks or cozy dinners, and the multiple outdoor lounging areas were a real bonus. Though we had planned to eat out most evenings, we changed our minds after discovering the excellent butcher at La Familia grocery store and the incredibly inviting fresh seafood at Nautilus Pescheria. Grilling at “home” quickly became our favorite way to end the day — and we didn’t regret it one bit. There's also a local enoteca just across from La Familia with a great selection of locally produced wine and olive oil.
