Positive: Extremely well equipped apartment with huge balcony and spacious comfortable bedrooms. Spotlessly clean. Very helpful owner. Delightful village with excellent shop, café and restaurants. We enjoyed our stay despite wet weather- used the train station (7 minutes walk) to arrive from Switzerland and for a trip to Milan. Also did a round trip to Luino (boat out, train back)8
Negative: Sound travels from downstairs but peaceful at night so not a problem.
