Positive: Encarna was beyond helpful. She went over and above the call of duty to be helpful. An exceptional lady. I would absolutely recommend everyone to stay at Casa Rosalia. Casa Rosalia is quaint and traditional, a short walk to restaurants and stores. I would definitely stay there again. Thank you Encarna for your kindness.
