CASA ROMY - CASARES 2 bedroom apartment, 2 bathrooms, large terrace with exceptional sea and mountain views. The living space is open with glass doors giving access to the semi-covered terrace. View of gardens and swimming pool. Panoramic view of the sea and the mountains. The kitchen, open to the living space, is fully equipped. The master bedroom has a 180 x 200 boxspring bed, direct access to the terrace, fitted wardrobes, its own bathroom with bath / shower, sink, wc and bidet. The second bedroom has 2 box spring beds of 90 x 200 (with the possibility of making only one) and cupboards. (possibility of cot and high chair on request and at an additional cost) The bedding is of very high quality. Bed and bath linen are provided. The second bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet. We use the apartment several times a year. It is therefore furnished and decorated to a high standard. In the living room, large full hd led screen, iptv giving access to all international channels, high speed fiber optic wifi. In the kitchen, crockery and complete appliances (hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, nespresso machine, blender, toaster, etc.) Living and dining room on the terrace, gas barbecue. Air conditioning / heating throughout the apartment. The apartment is located in a closed and secure community. It has an underground car park, accessible directly to the apartment by elevator or stairs. The communal swimming pool is located at the foot of the apartment and has deckchairs, parasols and a shower. It is a great place for families, couples, friends. Located in the golf of Dona Julia, close to the beach with easy access to all amenities. 5 minutes by car from the bustling port of Duquesa, in the town of Sabinillas. 10 km from Estepona, seaside resort with its paseo maritimo and its charming old town. 15 km from Sotogrande, 38 km from Gibraltar and 65 km from Tarifa. 30 km from the famous Puerto Banus and 40 km from Marbella. 85 km from Malaga Airport.
