As soon as you enter this ‘fairytale’ village perched on the hillside, you feel like you have gone back in time. The unique arched entrance, cobbled streets, ancient churches, tall watch tower, exquisite restaurants and friendly locals all make this place… a little piece of paradise. At the bottom of a quaint alleyway sits characteristic 'Casa Romantica'. Lovingly restored to high standards, with original features such as exposed wooden beams and terra cotta tile floors maintaining that Tuscan charm. Large main bedroom with stunning view, great second bedroom for children with bunk beds and toys, unusual bathroom with bath/shower, cosy living area with corner kitchen, fireplace, sofa, table and chairs and French doors leading onto a large sunny balcony overlooking the peaceful valley, perfect for listening to the birds while having your coffee in the morning under the Tuscan sun and for enjoying a glass of local wine in the evenings under the Tuscan stars. The whole house has a very romantic feel to it. Great base for exploring Tuscany with many places to visit close by and lovely beaches just 20 minutes drive away. There is no parking at the property due to narrow cobbled streets however, there is free parking in the car park just 2 minutes walk away from the house and on the road approaching the village. The house has free WIFI. Would suit a couple or family with young children seeking a true Tuscan holiday experience to remember. Many return year after year as they fall in love with Pereta... a real hidden gem.
