Positive: The location of the apartment is excellent - it is very easily walkable to a wide range of tourist attractions, public transport, as well as restaurants, bars, cafes, and shops (including a large mall). The apartment is spacious, light and airy. The windows are double-glazed so even when it's busy outside, it is relatively quiet and peaceful inside. Wifi is OK. I would happily stay again next time I'm in Lisbon.
Negative: The electronic entry system is convoluted at first and doesn't work if you don't have mobile phone power or data. The beds are old, saggy, and unsupportive. The apartment is generally a bit 'tired' which detracts a little from the overall level of enjoyment.
Summary: Brilliantly located, spacious, and quiet inside.
