Positive: The view was great. The size of the home is amazing.
Negative: There was trash overflowing in the trash cans and had to call that in to put the trash we had in. The kids bedroom missing the remote for the TV stuck in one channel. The hot tub never got really that warm. The color of the water was slightly on the green side. Finding stuff in the kitchen was difficult at times not labeled.
