The property offers a spacious open plan living with 4 double bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms and features a first-floor entertaining terrace, with bar and comfy seating area, which takes full advantage of the magnificent views across the cliffs and ocean, perfect for watching the sunset with a glass of wine.
The property is tastefully furnished to a high standard throughout, fully airconditioned with all the rooms making the very best of the views. A covered outdoor terrace provides shade and an excellent spot for barbecues or simply to enjoy the garden, open sea and skies beyond.

Double glass-panelled entrance doors open up to the hall, guest cloakroom, open planlounge-dining-kitchen with several sets of patio doors that open to a partly covered terrace overlooking pool and garden. The hallway leads to 1 double bedroom with an ensuite shower room and doors to the covered terrace and 1 twin bedroom with ensuite bathroom and doors to the covered terrace. The marble staircase leads up to the first floor with 1 double bedroom with ensuite bathroom and doors to a balcony and 1 twin bedroom (mattresses can be zipped together to make a king) with en suite bathroom and doors to a balcony. In front of the staircase, a dooropens up to a large terrace with a covered bar with fridge and sink, twocomfortable sun loungers and a sail-covered area with ample lounge seating.
The perfectly kept garden area great for the kids to have a run around while you relax on the covered double outdoor bed. The large BBQ area with a shaded seating area is perfect to sit and enjoy a nice meal with your family or friends.
