Positive: The studio has everything you need for a nice stay. We appreciated how clean and modern it was. Beds were comfortable, as well as the shower, which are the most important aspects we look for. The kitchen had everything we needed and was brand new, and we loved that we had basic groceries provided (olive oil, spices, milk, water, coffee and tea, etc.). The parking garage is great, and the terrace looked nice, though we didn't use it.
Negative: The apartment can feel a bit isolated since the small windows are at the top (like in basements), so there is no view to the outside. When it's warm, you can use the terrace, but it was rainy and cold when we were there. The location is not central, so don't expect to walk anywhere (not even the supermarket); you definitely need a car to move around. There is some noise from cars going by the street, but we were ok with that.
