Positive: -The place is very spacious, with 4 bedrooms, two seating areas, and two bathrooms. -The flat has been recently refurbished. The kitchen was well equipped, with a coffee machine, an oven, a washing machine, a dishwasher, and the small condiments that' are always needed when traveling, such as washing machine and dishwasher tablets, coffee, capsules, sugar, etc. There is a little stream outside the flat, which constantly gives the perfect nature sound effect.
Negative: - The flat is located in a tiny village with no services in a walking distance. - The flat is located on the 3rd floor with no elevator, which is challenging when carrying suitcases. - Allthough the place looks renovated, the plumbing is apparently old, as the bathroom constantly smelled of sewerage,. Also, the rooms were very poorly lit (nothing but beside reading lamps). - Most importantly for us, as we've arrived in August- there is no air conditioning and only one portable fan available for the entire place, which means the kids had to fight over it for a good night sleep (also because there was no way to own the windows in the top for rooms). This place was the most expensive on our trip. It should make some serious improvements to make it a good value for the money.
