WE ARE OPEN FOR BUSINESS!!! WE HAVE ELECTRIC, WATER, CABLE, AND INTERNET. COME AND RETURN TO AGUADILLA AND ENJOY THE BEACHES AND SURFING. WALKING DISTANCE TO THE AIRPORT SURFERS BEACH AND SURVIVORS BEACH. Casa Pardo a surfing paradise, offers Surfing, Beaches, Golf Courses, and the Puerto Rico Criolla Cuisine. All furnished 2 bedroom wood/concrete apartment, living, kitchen, stove, 1.5 baths, A/C, fans and very close to the Marriott Hotel/Casino. Beach, Golf, Surf, and Gamble. Wow what a vacation. TV, Cable, Wireless Internet, full Kitchen. Close to all beaches. One full bed, two twin beds, one/two optional beds Casa Pardo is right behind the main house in the picture (Frontal Shot). The hosts William and Debbie live in the main house to help satisfy your needs. The apartment is very private, separated from their house by a nice covered patio with ceramic tile floor. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. It is conveniently located on the old Ramey Air Force Base, close to everything-- shopping, airport, laundromat, and beaches. The pictures on the website of the interior are entirely accurate. The essential furnishings are all there. The kitchen has a gas cooktop, large refrigerator, microwave oven, toaster oven, and assorted pot, pans, and dishes. There was also a nice gas grill on the patio which we could use; a cooler and beach chairs for trips to the beach; and a clothesline for wet swimsuits and towels. The host, Debbie is very gracious. She routinely has provided guests with basic essentials and even cooked diner and shared with guests when they are unable or can’t make it to the food store. Such as coffee and sugar. GREAT location for surfing, very close to great breaks even without a car. Do not hesitate to book. House is clean, comfortable and cozy. AC units were great. A wonderful place to come to relax after a long day out. Casa Pardo is ideally located on the old Ramey Base, a stones throw from the Marriott Courtyard Hotel. With a rental car there lots to do even within walking distance of the airport just a 15 minute walk. The neighborhood is pleasant, safe and quiet, with a park just down the street and Surfer's Beach nearby. Getting to town is a breeze, most necessary amenities, such as grocery stores, laundry mat, etc. are just outside the neighborhood of the base. Arriving late in the night no problem we will ensure your arrival is smooth. The back guest house (where the Casa Pardo is located) is nice and very quiet. It's actually quite large as well. The location is one of the strongest parts of the home. Walkable to a surf shop w/board rental (Zone), and Surfer's Beach 5 mins drive to Ruins/Wilderness Beach and nice restaurants & bars.
