Positive: Location was good for our family trip. The process for check-in (although we forgot at the time) was easy with good communications. Plenty of room for the six of us with two children. The short walking distance to restaurants and shops was great for us with kids and elderly parents. All in all a good, comfortable stay.
Negative: There's only one room with ensuite. Three rooms share one bathroom. There's a third shower downstairs. Water pressure is terrible. Shared bathroom needs different shower heads to compensate low pressure. Beds and bedding are basic. Found quite a few personal items that shouldn't be in a holiday let. Could do with some filler and fresh paint on walls. Kitchen equipment reasonable, had everything we needed but lots of broken/old knives, utensils, crockery and cups that need to be disposed of and replaced. Limited space to spread out personal items like makeup, toiletries, hang coats etc. Lots more hooks would be a bonus. Broken TV (corner cracked/hanging off) in our bedroom. TVs in bedrooms not required would be our suggestion.
