Positive: Great facilities for our group of 10. There was enough space that we could be all together or even break off into separate little activity sectors. The property is in a quiet, nice neighbourhood with a couple stores within walking distance you can pop into for anything you may have forgotten. There is an espresso-type coffee machine (but not a guarantee there will be coffee available unless someone before you has left it)
Negative: The hosts are very kind and accommodating, but sometimes a bit scattered with their communication - they are easiest to get hold of via cell phone if you need to reach them :)
Summary: Great for a cozy weekend with a large group
