You have arrived in Paradise! This Villa by the bay boasts a homey elegance to. Quiet and friendly neighborhood is great for walking and a short 5 minute rider takes you to Nokomis beach. Venice Beach and Siesta Key are about 20 minutes away. Many waterfront tiki bars and restaurants nearby, along with the legacy trail, shopping kayaking and gyms.
You can have morning coffee or afternoon cocktails by the pool and enjoy all the lush Florida Landscape, with an occasional sound of boats going by. Master suit has been fully remodeled with its ensuite bathroom providing his and hers vanities with plenty of room for toiletries. The king sized hybrid mattress gives you a very comfortable rest. An additional queen size bed along with a queen sized sofa bed gives you up to 6 people to sleep in Casa Mare. The open floor plan of the home flows into the the huge eat-in area with a kitchen fully stocked fort he chef to create magic. The owner is an interior designer/realtor and lives in an adjacent in-law-suite with a private entrance and patio.
