Casa Maracuya Traditional country cottage located in a quiet, secluded location, next the Rio Chillar in Nerja. Just 2000m from the famous Balcon de Europa & 1600m from the award winning Burriana beach. Sleeps 7 max, no pets or smoking please. Accommodation comprises lounge with fireplace & well equipped open plan country kitchen. 3 double bedrooms & a single bedroom. 2 bathrooms, one with a shower & the other with a bath & shower over. Outside there is a delightful terrace & outside dining area with BBQ & oven. The roof terrace is accessed via a spiral staircase & offers spectacular views. The private swimming pool (approx. 7m x 4.5m) is located in front of the house at a slightly lower level. The poolside terrace is equipped with sun loungers, table, chairs & parasol. Ample parking for at least 3 cars. Access to the house is via approx. 500m of stone track, running along the Rio Chillar, a short driveway to the property & approx. 30 steps. Ideal for that quiet relaxing holiday, in a secluded location, away from it all! But just a short drive from Nerja town centre, the beach, restaurants & supermarket.
