Positive: We stayed there twice during our trip. The whole place is beautiful and kept very clean, 20 steps away from the malecon. There were no staff on site but they were easily reachable with the apps and always very polite. We had forgotten a towel on our first stay and it was waiting for us when we returned, clean and folded. Very nice touch :)
