Entering the gates of Casa Luna you arrive into your own private compound where sophistication and serenity are the order of the day. Setting foot inside the house, you’ll notice the lovely natural stone floors throughout, giving you an earthy feel that continues through the stylish neutral color palette that pervades the entire home.
The expansive living area presents a comfortable sofa down one end with large wall mounted television, plus a fully stocked kitchen in the middle with delightful marble-look counter tops and backsplash, as well as comfortable counter seating for three. The patio off of the kitchen is where you’ll find the fire pit, perfect for those brisk desert nights and some star gazing - while another patio gives you an outdoor dining area complete with gas grill.
Opposite the kitchen and adjacent to the stacked brick fireplace, the rustic-looking dining table and chairs presents seating for six people, while down the other end, an informal sitting room is the perfect place to take in both a cocktail and the views to the pool through the abundant glass.
You’ll also find a den complete with its own sofa and wall-mounted television, making it the perfect spot to keep the children occupied with their own shows or video games. The living area is also serviced by the nearby guest powder room for your absolute convenience.
Heading outside, the luxurious heated lap-style pool and adjoining spa set the scene, surrounded by plants and high hedges for privacy, it’s all framed by the magnificent mountain views that contribute to this picture perfect environment.

The Two Moon Suite

This home allows a maximum of 6 adults/kids plus 2 additional kids 12 or under.
There are strict noise and parking restrictions in Palm Springs and the booking guest will be responsible for any and all fines incurred during their visit. We reserve the right to immediately cancel any guest stay without a refund if any of the rental rules are violated.
No more than 3 cars may be parked at this home during your stay.
NO amplified music is allowed outside by the pool or otherwise, and all music must be contained within the home and cannot be heard from outside.
All activities must be taken inside by 10 pm to comply with the quiet hours for short term rental compliance... and to be good neighbors.
A copy of a government issued ID will be required of the booking guest along with signing an additional private rental contract acknowledging the short term rental guidelines and rules.
Pool heating is an additional $95 per night of your visit. spa heating is included with your reservation. Guest booking this home must be 25 years or older as our short term rental permit requires.
