Positive: The house is huge and it has a fantastic view. If you like rustic houses, this is definitely the perfect spot. It has strong wifi and it is perfect for working remotely. The house is at walk distance from the beach and the city center.
Negative: The house is a bit old, doesn't have air conditioning and it doesn't have all the comforts but if you are ok to adapt yourself it's a great bargain.
