Gated entry and reception invite you to the courtyard embracing a 3 story stair hall and grand water wall feature. The formal entry leads to a main floor with a family/ media room, powder room, plus a stunning kitchen adjacent to great-room style living and dining. Walls of sliding patio doors open the entire great room to covered alfresco dining and lounging adjacent the ocean front infinity pool.
The home offers 7 suites for a total of 14 guests. Additional guests upon request. The bedrooms include 3 ocean front view King Suites with private balconies on the second floor, a 2 bed Queen suite plus single loft with garden views, and 3 Penthouse Suites with ocean and lagoon views. The villas additional offerings include: roof top lounge ample for events or yoga retreats, private lounging and swimming pool, ocean and beach side lounging , outdoor shower , kayaks, wireless internet, main floor audio, and access to our house manager to help make your stay as rewarding and enjoyable as possible.

Summary: This property was perfect for 14 women celebrating a 60th Birthday. The luxurious beds, spacious rooms and very large common areas gave us room to be together and some quiet downtime. The outside area was just as spacious with seating in all the areas. We played water volleyball, floated in the ocean and relaxed in the sun. We did take advantage of the Chef services and the daily breakfasts were delicious! I would definitely recommend and hope to rent again!
