Summary: Facility and location was wonderful. However arrival and departure processes were not good. No one person involved with any of our specific questions and concerns. We were referred to at least four different individuals during our arrival and stay which left us completely uncomfortable, especially if we had an emergency . We needed ONE individual that we could call upon if needed .Any other VRBO we have used never had this difficulty. We always knew what to do and whom to contact. This needs an immediate revision in my opinion.
