Set on a flat plot, the villa is on 3 floors with a large driveway, 10m x 5m heated pool (October to May- additional charges apply) and every modern luxury item you could want.
The villa is fully secured with an alarm and security electric gates. The entrance is grand and imposing with the modern flat terrace pool side and the parking to the right. You enter the light and airy hallway and stairs lead to the lower level and up to the huge upper master bedroom suite. The entrance hall leads into the main living, dining and kitchen area with large comfortable furnishings and a super modern kitchen perfect for families that love to cook.
The living room benefits from 2 air conditioning units, dining for 8 and a 65 inch widescreen TV with Smart TV functions and Spanish digital channels. The kitchen is extremely well equipped with Bosch appliances, a large LG american style fridge and a generous breakfast bar. The living area leads through large french sliding windows out to the pool and covered terrace with further dining for 8 people.
There are 4 bedrooms with 2 en-suite bathrooms and a further 3rd family bathroom with bath. 2 bedrooms are king size beds and the other are 2 large twin bedrooms. 3 bedrooms are on the ground floor with the upper master suite accessed up the short flight of stairs. The master suite benefits from a large terrace with sea views, a full luxury bathroom with bath and Ibiza style lounge seating for 6 - 8 people. In the basement level you will find a ping pong table and separate laundry facilities with tumble dryer.
The villa is close to Javea golf club and Javea crown green bowling club. The villa is only 10 minutes drive from Javea and 15 minutes from Moraira. The plot is private and is part of a small community of villas known as Las Laderas.
This villa is a perfect luxury getaway if you are looking for a relaxing holiday! This villa is strictly no smoking inside but smoking is allowed outside the property. Linen and bath / pool / hand towels provided free of charge. Villa will be cleaned only between lets, however a full linen and towel changeover will be available weekly on request. Golf: Within 5 minutes drive of the villa is Javea Golf Club situated between Moraira and Javea and is open all year round. The course is a 9 hole, par 72 and 3,035 metres. The course is easy to play and relatively flat. Other facilities include: driving range, putting green, heated swimming pool, club bar and restaurant. The Olazabal designed La Sella Golf Course is 20 minutes drive inland near the village of Jesus Pobre. The course has 27 holes, par 72 and is 6,029 metres. The course although flat has many trees and water obstacles and presents a very good challenge. It has recently in 2019 been remodelled by Olazabal himself. Facilities include: driving range, putting green, motorised trolleys, club bar, lounge bar, restaurant and swimming pool. Both Javea and La Sella clubs have tennis and squash courts. Within an hour drive north in Oliva is Oliva Nova Golf Club, designed by Seve Ballesteros. This testing course 18 holes, par 72 and 7,051 metres. The club has a shop, driving range, restaurant, swimming pool and fitness centre. Other areas to explore: 10 minutes drive away is Javea. It is made up of three areas, the Arenal with its beautiful sandy beach, bars and restaurants. During the summer evenings the Arenal is busy with crafts stalls, artists and musicians. The port area with its fish market and promenade and the old town with its narrow streets, shops, historic buildings. There is a colourful market every Thursday morning. In the beautiful little Jesus Pobre, every Sunday you will find a colourful artizan market with food and gufts of every kind all local and full of life.
10km from Javea is the town and port of Denia with daily crossings to the Balearic islands. Denia boasts miles of sandy beaches with its tree lined streets, pavement cafes, bars and restaurants. The World Health Organisation has proclaimed Javea to be ‘environmentally near perfect’ and you can bask in the Costa Blanca’s brightest sunshine here on about 320 days of the year. Javea town nestles at the foot of 2,500 feet Mount Montgo, a designated nature reserve. It boasts a 16th century church, covered market and for the historically minded a museum housing a nationally important collection of rare Iberian finds from Montgo. After exploring the town’s fascinating narrow streets you can make your way to the old fishing port about 1 mile away. To the south of the old town lies the Arenal beach, a broad crescent of fine golden sand backed by a promenade of shops and restaurants.
