The house is located in the heart of Testaccio, the historic district in the center of Rome, between the Pyramid of Caius Cestius and Sublicio Bridge near the Aventine. By foot you can reach in a few minutes Trastevere, Circus Maximus, Baths of Caracalla, Romans Forum, Campo de 'Fiori, Colosseum, Capitol Hill and the most important monuments of the Eternal City. It is also close by train to the excavations of Ostia Antica, and a stone's throw from the historic and picturesque Sunday market Portaportese. With the subway (about 5 minutes on foot) you can reach shortly the main sights of the city and reach the last stop of the bus to Tivoli (Villa D'Este and Villa Adriana). From the underground station Piramide you can easily arrive at the beaches of Ostia. it has two bedrooms with two double beds and a bathroom. Casa Fulvia consists of: - Two bedrooms with double beds; - Living room with sofa bed and extendable table for 6 people; - Fully modernly equipped kitchen with hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, kettle, toaster and all necessary utensils; - Bathroom with 5 kg washing machine. This vacation rental is complete with bed linen and towels and is equipped with 32-inch LED TV, air conditioning, free Wifi and central heating. Guests have access to coffee, tea, chamomile tea, sugar, salt, spices and detergents. The apartment is suitable for families with children who could enjoy (on request) cot and high chair. An early check-in is possible if the accommodation will be ready. The accommodation has to be vacated before 11:00 AM. In case of delay of more than 60 minutes from the agreed meeting time, guests have to inform the local agency or the local representative as soon as possible, otherwise they will be charged of an additional fee of 30,00€. If the local agency has not been informed of long delays and the guests miss the check-in at the apartment, the local agency has no responsibilities of any kind. The guests will be charged for any extra costs for an alternative accommodation.
