Positive: Location and size.
Negative: Chair in bedroom had an unsightly mark on Tv did not work. I emailed them a few times and they could not find a solution to it. It was cold in the evenings and there was no instructions for the wall heaters and they took a while to warm up. The main lounge window was full of condensation each morning.
Summary: Convenient location for us and good to have a kitchen.
