Managed by Sitges Hills Villas Ltd - Despite its peaceful location, Casa Els Cards is only a 3 minute scenic drive by beautiful vineyards to the bustling seaside resort of Sitges with its abundance of boutiques, cafes, bars, restaurants and miles of golden sandy beaches.
The world famous and cosmopolitan city of Barcelona is just 40 minutes away while numerous other world-class destinations are within an easy day trip. Casa Els Cards accommodation is conveniently spread out on one floor.
The villa is entered via the front gate into a large courtyard newly tiled and planted. This leads to the entrance of the house that takes you into the open plan living space, offering a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar and large dining area.
This area has two ceiling fans and air conditioning. It also leads on to the newly furnished living room, which is bright and spacious and comfortably furnished with two sofas, a large Smart TV and another air conditioning unit.
This room features a high wooden ceiling creating a good sense of space and light. To the left of the living area is the first of the two bathrooms, and along the corridor are all the bedrooms with the remaining bathroom.
GARDEN AND POOL AREA
Casa Els Cards is positioned in the middle of 700sqm of terraces and gardens. To the right of the house is the centerpiece of the garden, the 8x4 newly constructed swimming pool surrounded by plenty of space for relaxing and sunbathing. To the left of the pool tucked under the palm trees is a shady pergola with comfortable lounge sitting.
Between the pool and the house is the large outdoor dining table with the BBQ located close by.

Summary: We have just returned from our perfect villa holiday! This was our first time booking a villa and although I was quite apprehensive before we arrived everything went smoothly without any problems. I cannot fault the team at Sitges Hills Villas as they were helpful every step of the way! I recommend that you book your transfers with them too ! We found that the villa had everything you could need and provided you with a very informative booklet full of details such as taxi numbers local supermarkets things to do in the area etc. We didn't hire a car but found it easy to ring taxis into Sitges for our shopping trips to the central Mercadona. The pool area is clean and has plenty of sun loungers too and the pool was cleaned twice by a Spanish pool cleaner who was very friendly and unobtrusive. Must say that all our family enjoyed the villa all the rooms were better than the photos it was so nice having your own pool and we all felt secure too as it had a lockable gate! Would highly recommend this villa !
