ELCARMEL-3501OF encompasses the entire first floor of a three-story oceanfront complex. Ground floor patio is exclusively for this unit. Exclusive-use washer and dryer is located in the garage. The spacious Master Bedroom has a King size bed and a large mounted HD flat screen Smart TV. Master bath en-suite has large soaking tub and separate glass shower. The second bedroom has a Queen size bed as well as a Twin-size bunk bed. Second bathroom has glass stall shower.
