Positive: Nice flat and pool, well equipped kitchen and an easy location making it a very comfortable stay. Easy check in and check out via key box/code. We stayed for 2 weeks and were kindly offered a change of sheets and towels half way through. Great there was a dehumidifier as it is quite damp in that part of the world.
Negative: We were surprised there was no air-conditioning ( I had not even thought to check) but we were lucky with the weather and the constant cross breeze that it was not really needed. We were also a bit surprised by the terms and conditions in a very comprehensive book in the apartment that were not mentioned on booking (eg. 25 euro fines for not taking out the garbage or not emptying the dishwasher)
