Inside a mini-condominium consisting of 4 newly constructed units, it stands at the border of the inhabited area, yet it's just 300 meters away from the historic center and all amenities, easily reachable with a short walk. This property gives the feeling of being far from the town as it borders on two sides with unspoiled Mediterranean scrubland. Within about a 5-6 minute walk, you can access: supermarkets - bars - restaurants and pizzerias - lounge bars - bakeries - banks and pharmacies. The beautiful beaches of Villasimius are easily accessible by a short car ride or through the shuttle bus service. While not essential at this location, having a car is still recommended during your vacation.
