Summary: If you want to be within walking distance of coffee shops, bars, and restaurants, this place is for you. If you are looking for a quiet place, this place is not for you. The house is very cute, and the property manager was very helpful. He was right on it if I had a question or needed anything. The only thing that would make this place better is if they had surfboards. Other than that, you can't go wrong staying here.
