Situated in the heart of Costa Teguise you will find this very large beautiful Villa with views across the ocean from the terrace and roof terrace.
The Villa has 5 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms (4 of which are en-suite)
As you enter the Villa from the grand hallway the first door on your right leads you to an en-suite bedroom with a King size bed, there is a TV and DVD player in this bedroom. The luxurious marble bathroom has a bath with shower over, a separate shower cubicle, twin sinks, toilet and a bidet.
There is also a convenient entrance toilet and sink.
A few steps up from the lounge area you will find the Grand Master Suite (Super King size bed) with impressive en-suite bathroom, the bedroom has a sofa, TV and DVD player. In the bathroom, which is as big as most people’s lounge area, you will find 'his and her' sinks, bath with shower over and a separate shower cubicle, toilet and bidet. This bathroom also houses the private sauna and a separate steam room. Patio doors lead to the pool area from the Master Suite bathroom.
Further down the hall you will find the 3 remaining bedrooms that have another lounge area with sofas and a table and chairs, so larger parties can get the peace and tranquility needed.
Bedrooms 3 and 4 (double and a twin bed) share a 'Jack and Jill' style bathroom that has twin sinks, toilet, bath with shower over and a separate shower cubicle.
The 5th bedroom with a double bed is en-suite with a sink, bath with shower over, toilet, bidet and a separate shower enclosure.
Back to the kitchen and you will find the large open plan kitchen diner that is fully stocked with everything you could wish for the cook in the house.

Washing machine and chest freezer is located in the utility room off the kitchen area.
The huge open plan lounge with large flat screen TV has 2 seating areas and a dining table big enough for a banquet.
WIFI is available free of charge at this Villa and there is internet TV available and a well stocked DVD and CD cabinet. There is a surround music system and at least 4 ipod docking stations to play music around the Villa. A PS3 is also provided but please bring your own games.
Although the Villa does not have air conditioning, air blowers have been fitted to all rooms which can be controlled separately to blow cool area around each room.
Outside you will find the private garden with numerous seating areas and the large Canarian BBQ, there is also a gas BBQ provided.
The large black volcanic finish 13m x 4m (1.2 to 1.6 depth) swimming pool (refurbed April 2019) can be electrically heated at an extra cost of £20 per day and has an in-built swim jet, so for the lovers of swimming, this is like a treadmill in the water and you just swim against the jet and move nowhere. The pool now has walk in steps, pictures on the website are the old pool.
You will find the sunken Jacuzzi at the end of the patio where stairs lead up to the roof terrace with wonderful views of the Ocean and also the King of Spain’s Lanzarote residence.
Six sun loungers are provided with a double padded day bed for the sun worshippers.
In the garage there are tennis rackets and balls for use at the on site tennis court. Numerous beach mats and cooler boxes and bags.
On site is a large communal pool and beach bar for your use also, this is situated further into the complex so you can be assured of a peaceful holiday.
Beach/Pool towels are also provided for your convenience.
Please state at time of booking if you require the pool heating charged at £140 per week.
