Positive: House was really nice, good size kitchen, very big living room, nice bedrooms, plus covered 'outside dining room'. It was Feb, so weather was cold, and the house does not have central heating (normal in this part of the world). Nice wood stove with as much wood as we wanted, plus some electric heaters. Pans, cutlery, plates etc all plentiful. Host very nice, spoke Portugese and FRench; had someone to help with english speakers.
Negative: Kitchen utensils were poor quality - but generally workable. Bring your own knife if you cook (good advice almost everywhere!).
