Positive: Immediately across the street from Lake Como (separated by 2 lane road). Centrally located near coffee shops & restaurants. AC in bedrooms worked GREAT and with the doors to the bedrooms closed it was very quiet for great sleeping. The kitchen area looks out on a rather useless gravel area with 2 patio chairs & table but what's nice is there is a spiral stair that goes up the roof top that has lots of seating and a great view of the lake and the town of Bellagio. Apartment is well stocked to include a washing machine & dryer. Appreciated the covered parking garage.
Negative: AC only in the bedrooms and bath. The living area was very hot unless doors to the bedrooms were left open with the ACs in the bedrooms running. The floor fans didn't do much to help. It wasn't easy to cook anything more than breakfast or lite lunch, primarily because the cook top was small and there just wasn't the right assortment of pots & pans. We cooked one night and that was enough.
