Positive: The property was nice and comfortable it had everything you need for a week away,
Negative: It was cluttered with many unnecessary Nick- Nacks, the kitchen utensils etc needed a good clean before using, Important information that wasn’t mentioned but should be for booking purposes, The property has a steep metal spiral stair case leading to the bedroom which would not be suitable for young children or less abled people, The hornets nest in the kitchen chimney was a huge annoyance and inconvenience as we spent a lot of time trying to get rid of stray ones that made their way into the property’s high ceilings, getting in the front door without letting them in was also a pain. It was extremely hot on our stay, the floor fan downstairs and the ceiling fan upstairs only circulated the hot air around, the property could benefit with some sort of air conditioning in near 40degree heat. Our biggest issue on this holiday, We have had a lot going on lately so we wanted privacy and quiet, I specifically filtered homes with a private pool, this property came up and seemed perfect, the pool was lovely and a nice size for a standard size family, we were confused when other people came in making themselves comfortable there too, when I asked the host about this via message she replied “it is a private pool but you share it with their adjoining apartment” As far as I am concerned this is not private if you have to share it with another property The property should not be advertised as having a private pool when it clearly isn’t, especially when a huge family of 7 turn up completely taking over the pool basically forcing us out as there just wasn’t the room for everyone to be there, they were being so noisy and just staring at us the whole time, we lost all our privacy though and had to actually go out as when they arrived the private entrance as advertised wasn’t private either when you have 5 children and 2 adults walking up and down to their apartment next door all day long to get to the pool having a good old nose at what we were doing
