Con piscina privada y vista al mar en el Puerto de Ilusión, La Paz, BCS; Ubicada en un exclusivo y seguro coto con un oficial de seguridad las 24 horas la casa tiene vista al mar.
La casa cuenta con una linda alberca privada con medidas de 7 x 3 mts aproximadamente, un agradable jardín y una fresca hamaca, tiene cochera techada para 2 autos, te ofrecemos WIFI en toda la casa, que tiene dos plantas.
La planta alta tiene sala, comedor con capacidad para 8 personas cocina y sala de televisión con sofá cama y una pantalla de pulgadas , además de un agradable balcón con sillas y mesita, patio de servicio con lavadero y lavavajillas , baño de visitas, en planta baja: cuenta con 3 recámaras, la principal con cama king size, cuarto de baño con aire acondicionado, regadera y tina vestidor y un amplio closet. Las otras 2 habitaciones comparten baño, 1 tiene cama matrimonial y su closer, la otra recámara tiene literas y 1 escritorio, además de su closet toda la casa tiene sistema de enfriamiento independiente en cada habitación, cuenta con centro de Lavado con lavadora y secadora, la Cocina tiene estufa, refrigerador y lavavajillas.
Para conservar un ambiente agradable y ser una casa de descanso, se solicita no fumar en el interior del domicilio ni hacer fiestas, queda prohibido llevar artículos de vidrio o cristal así como alimentos a la alberca.

Summary: The property is located in a safe gated community and the staff at the gates were very friendly and helpful. The property offers wonderful views towards the sea and the sunsets are gorgeous. It is about a 15 minute walk to the Malecon and slightly further to the center of town. We have stayed at many VRBO's and I can honestly say that Edith was the best property manager I have ever interacted with! She is fabulous!
