We are excited to welcome you to our Lake Worth Oasis! This beautiful home has 3 spacious bedrooms, w/ 3 full baths & a huge kitchen. There is TONS of outdoor space with a heated (by request) pool, tiki bar, gas grill, outdoor dining table w/ seating for 6-8, wood- fire pit, lounge chairs, and multiple types of fruit trees including mango, avocado, banana, papaya, cherry, and kumquats! Yum! Perfect for family gatherings, couples getaways, or a very peaceful and serene space for business travelers!
This home is the ultimate family or group getaway. It has everything you need, and as a bonus, it is only 3 blocks away from the Intracoastal waterway. The house is furnished by an interior decorator and we are SURE you are going to love the stylish, bohemian- beachy decor.
The house has 3 large bedrooms and 3 full baths:
1- King bed & en-suite bath with private entrance to the pool area
2- Queen bed & en-suite bath with private entrance to the pool area
3- Two full beds with a bathroom across the hall.
There is seating for 8 in the large living area, with a flat-screen Smart TV. In addition, there is a large dining table with seating for 6 and a breakfast nook in the kitchen with seating for 2.
There is TONS of outdoor space with a large pool (heated by request), a tiki bar and stools, gas grill, and outdoor dining table w/ seating for 6, perfect for a wonderful night of cooking and eating with your favorite people. After dinner, you can enjoy the wood fire pit, lounge chairs by the pool, and the 4 different types of fruit trees on the property including a lime tree, papaya tree, coconut palm, fig tree, and more! Right now there is plenty of fruit on the trees and you are welcome to it, though we would ask that you not take down more than you plan to eat. ;-)
There is lots of parking at the house. The driveway has space for 2 cars, and the garage is available to be used for 1 car.
A washer and dryer are also available.
There is a desk in the second bedroom that can be used as well for your convenience.
The entire private property would be yours when you rent. The home is furnished with an amazing living area that opens up to the floor-to-ceiling windows that lead out to the huge fenced-in backyard. The yard is equipped with an amazing pool, fire pit, tiki bar, barbecue, outdoor covered tables with overhead fans, and multiple types of fruit trees. The papayas and mangoes are delicious :) It is perfect for entertaining family and friends. You are sure to fall in love with this home!
We are available 24/7 to help answer any questions you have before and during your stay and are happy to give local suggestions. We want our guests to have to most enjoyable stay possible and we are always here for you to provide amazing service and attention to your needs. Upon booking check-in instructions will be provided along with our very detailed Guide to South Florida with fantastic recommendations of the many attractions, eateries, and amazing things to do and see in the surrounding area.
NOTE: We have security cameras set up outside by the front door and backyard to monitor the outside areas of the house for added safety measures for guests.

Check-in is between 4 pm - 10 pm only.
**Immediately upon booking, we require all guests to provide a Government Photo ID as well as the credit card used to book. Both names must match.**
Let us know if you have any questions! We may be able to provide early or late check-in/out for an additional fee of $50/hour.
There is a $50/day fee for pool heating.
We do not allow:
Parties. Please respect the space and the neighbors and keep noise levels down 10 pm-10 am, our neighbors are very strict about this and will call the cops if they hear a party or excess noise, so please let's avoid that.
Having more people than you listed on your reservation.
Smoking in the house. Smoking of any kind inside the home is subject to a $500 fee.
Any evidence of use of illegal drugs (i.e.... smoke).
NO drugs are allowed on the premises whatsoever including the backyard.
**We are very strict and DO NOT allow parties of any kind at the home or on the property. We do not allow more people at the property than are listed on your reservation. This is a family neighborhood and we expect all guests to be respectful of the home and neighbors.
The neighbors are highly sensitive to noise so we also do not allow loudspeakers at the property. Failure to comply with these rules will result in eviction from the home and a $500 fine. You may only have the number of people on the property listed on your reservation. If you plan to have more people at the home or property than those listed on your reservation, you need to contact us in advance to get approval. Failure to do so may result in eviction.
-We have a minimum age requirement of 21y/o to be able to book the property.
Grill:
If you plan to use the grill, you are responsible for filling the gas tank and cleaning it with a grill brush following use.
Early check-in / Late check-out requests depend on availability and are subject to a $50 fee. Please check with us first so we can confirm if possible :)
Safety is very important, we take great care with our protocol:
-Home is deep cleaned + sanitized with high-grade products in between guests.
-Cleaners provided with gloves, N95 masks, disinfectants, alcohol, and sanitizer.
STRICT CANCELLATION POLICY: We have a strict no refund/no reschedule policy according to the cancellation policy set. No exceptions for any reason whatsoever without the purchase of travel insurance.
