Summary: We arrived to a locked reception area. Prompting the question of safety. The room was dusty with crumbs and bug carcuses behind the headboard. The bed just passed inspection. The phone did not work, rendering a travel to the office for any questions to include the iron. Yes our hot tub was hot enough. The room was in need of a good cleaning cosmetic repair.
