A Mediterranean style studio is a wash of white wash walls, blues and greens, reminding you that you so close to the ocean and pristine swimming beaches. The studio is surrounded by a sheltered,private,gardened courtyard with outdoor leisure furniture and BBQ. Overlooking the courtyard is floor to ceiling glass sliding doors, bringing the indoor to the outdoor. The open plan living is light ,bright and inspirational. The studio has recently been refurbished 2017 Council regulation and approval for A couple only . The kitchen is well equipped, dining area for 2, Balinese daybed, occasional chair, Flat screen/DVD/Wi-Fi, Queensize bed and spacious ensuite. All linen and towels provided and laundry services available on request. The studio is only a short stroll to swimming and surfing beaches, cafes, general and liquor store. Centrally located in Prevelly, the perfect base for exploring the regions fine wineries, breweries, galleries, resturants and coastline. Margaret River is a 10 minute drive. Fixed rates Peak season Minimum 7 night booking from week 1. 21st December to 28th December , 2019 week 2 . 28th January to 4th January........ 2020 week3 4th January to 11th Jan 2020 Easter minimum 4 night booking 30th March to 3rd April 2018 Long weekends and special events minimum 3 night booking. Winter rates start May 1st to September 25th 2017
