This charming Mediterranean Fully Equipped Beach Front Home has 12 miles of stunning Ocean, Coastline and Mountain Views from Living Room & Beachfront Terrace.
Casa del Mar is surrounded by an abundance of coconut palm trees, almond trees, flowering hibiscus and a variety of exotic plants.
You will see Exotic Birds, Iguanas and many days Howler Monkeys in close proximity to the house.
Our properties setting is spectacular, located on the most pristine section of the entire 4 miles stretch of Playa Grande Beach where you will only see a handful of people throughout the entire day.
The beach directly in front of our home is all Sand bottom, great for swimming, body surfing, boogie boarding or just relaxing in a hammock under the coconut trees enjoying the beauty and spectacular sunsets of Playa Grande.
When stepping onto the beach in front of our home you can walk 3 miles of secluded white sand beach to the left and 1 mile to the right where you will find Playa Carbon, one of the few rare black sand beaches in Costa Rica.
We are located in the heart of Playa Grande National Park, well known for our world class surf and home of the Giant Leather Back Turtle weighing up to 1,800 lbs and up to 9 ft long, many nights these giant prehistoric turtles nest directly in front of our home.
Only 25 minutes drive from the Town of Tamarindo.
Our Manager is Available 7 days a week and 24/7 for Emergencies.
We do not accept any outside services to enter our home, sorry but we had too many problems in the past when allowing guest to use outside services to enter our home.
WE PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING SERVICES AND AMENITIES WITH OUR HOMES:
Daily Maid Services & Free Laundry Service twice per week, day of your choice for except Sunday. Only our maid has access to the laundry.
We have an extremely high levels of cleanliness and disinfecting the house.
Wireless High Speed Internet Throughout the entire House, Terraces and on to the Beach.

Security System Throughout.
We have 3 faux security cameras facing the beach and 1 in the carport facing the street to discourage theft.

Diving, Snuba, World Class Deep Sea Sport Fishing, Horseback Riding and 4X4 ATV Tours on Miles of secluded Beach.
For Tours and Activities we can provide you with your own driver/guide for an additional charge.
