Ideal families, couples, friends, with and without children because of its proximity to the beach and the center of town. It is close to towns such as Begur, Llafranch and Calella de Palafrugell. The house gives access to 2 streets, the 2 are without exit and with little volume of people with which the tranquility is evident everything and be in the center, highlight the garage with capacity for 2 cars (one large and one small).
