- No removal of any items from the property
- Trash cans can be found throughout the house, please do not use the toilet as a trash can. By recycling and reusing we strive to leave the earth in a better condition.
- Kindly use the squeaky rubber to clean the glass door after showering, if possible. Hard water tends to leave mineral buildup on the glass.
- Unplugging of Wi-Fi or blink sync device is not allowed
- Please ensure that you leave the towels behind. An additional fee may be charged if towels are not present.
House Rules:
1. No local guests allowed to book within 50 miles of property.
2. Must be 25 years of age to book.
3. Guests must complete Check-In Form and agree to the Irvie Homes terms and conditions, and provide photo ID within 24 hours of booking, or immediately if same day arrival.
4. Quiet hours 9pm to 8am.
5. If possible, leave shoes/boots by the door. Sleepers are provided for comfort around the house.
6. No smoking, vaping, or consuming illegal substances of any kind on property
7. No parties or events.
8. No moving furniture or appliances.
9. Must obey house Occupancy Limits. Occupancy limit is 6 persons.
10. Secure the home by locking all doors and windows anytime you leave the home.
11. Reservations over 30 days may require security deposit, background and credit check.
12. For stays over 30 days, a monthly cleaning fee will be applied.
13.The Guest agrees to report any issues at home to the Host immediately.
NOTE: A Blink camera has been installed on the exterior main door of the home.
