This mining-era home is set back one block from the bars, restaurants, and shops of Main Street, offering both privacy and proximity. The house opens to a warm main living space with a stone hearth and plush seating. It was designed with comfort in mind while still maintaining a refined, rustic-modern esthetic. Spanning the entirety of the home you will find beautifully exposed wood and painstakingly restored stained glass transom windows – an homage to the home and town’s architectural origins. Adjacent to the living room is the dining area offering a large solid wood table that can seat up to 6 guests. From there move into the fully outfitted chef’s kitchen with professional-grade appliances, 6-burner gas range, and ample space to cook for a crowd. Just off the kitchen is the home’s main floor full bathroom. From there move to the spacious master bedroom which provides a comfortable king bed, an office loft space, and direct communal access to the hot tub and the large upper deck. Back through the master and adjacent to the kitchen is the home's elevator. Take it down to the lower level where you will find two more bedrooms and bathrooms. The second guest suite has a twin-over-queen bunk bed, flat screen TV, office nook and ensuite bath with dual sinks. Ride the elevator back up to the main floor and step through the master suite to access the outdoor spaces. On the main floor balcony, you will find a private covered hot tub.
