Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: The main living/dining area is the heart of the house, with plenty of comfy seating and a lovely view. The hostess was wonderful, taking good care of us with a cooked breakfast, tasty coffee and laundry service.
Negative: The wifi was horrible, so ideally it should/can be corrected. It can be tricky to reach the villa by car. The village doesn't have much going on relative to restaurants, shops, etc.
Summary: A lovely Douro base!
