Casa de Juega is a charming three-bedroom, three-bath townhome located in the Las Olas section of Las Conchas. The master suite includes a king-size bed and private bath. The second bedroom features a twin-over-queen bunk bed with access to a hallway bathroom. The third bedroom serves as a second master suite, with a king bed, private exterior entrance, and beautifully tiled bathroom.
The fully equipped kitchen has most small appliances, including a coffee maker, blender, toaster, and microwave (dishwasher not included). The living and dining area boasts a wood-burning fireplace (bring your own wood or fire logs) and opens onto a patio overlooking the Sea of Cortez.
Additional amenities include central air conditioning, ceiling fans in every room, wireless internet, local telephone, Satellite TV with Monitor/DVD/VCR, CD and radio, a charcoal barbecue (bring your own charcoal), patio furniture, and an outdoor foot shower.

Summary: Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have rented this home many, many times. The HVAC wasn't working and Oceano did a great job at getting a technician out to make the repair. However, the water heater wasn't working correctly and the kitchen and two bathrooms inside the unit only had lukewarm water. The outside bathroom water was warmer. Oceano had two repairmen out but the problem wasn't resolved. Hopefully they are able to rectify this before someone else has the same problem.
