Welcome to Casa de Amigos, an incredible place to call home for your next vacation getaway. Located in the secure, gated community of Punta del Burro, the villa overlooks one of the most beautiful beaches in Mexico. Situated just 35 minutes from the Puerto Vallarta Airport, 10 minutes from Punta de Mita, 20 minutes from Sayulita, and minutes from La Cruz; this is in an ideal location for enjoying the best that Bay of Banderas has to offer. At Casa de Amigos we try to remove as much of the hassle from traveling as possible. We will send a car service to pick you up at the airport (up to 7 passengers included - additional charge for larger groups) and take you back to the house. We take care of all the grocery shopping before you arrive so that everything is ready and waiting at the house when you get there. Imagine coming home after a long day of travel to an ice cold margarita with your favorite tequila, enjoying chips with fresh guacamole and salsa, and a beautiful sunset off the patio. That is exactly what we provide at Casa de Amigos. To top it off, we include the use of our Suburban, to use as your own at no extra cost to you. There is a private state-of-the-art heated saltwater pool for your enjoyment, and plenty of room to relax outside enjoying the weather and the view. This pool doesn't burn your eyes or damage your hair like a typical chlorine pool can. The staff will work to make sure your stay at Casa de Amigos goes off without a hitch. They will help out around the house and serve you and your guests delicious breakfasts and dinners Monday through Saturday. There are a variety of wonderful restaurants, markets, and fabulous beaches within a short drive if you feel like exploring. We have several Tommy Bahama backpack-style beach chairs that you can bring to and from the many beautiful beaches in the area or set them up and watch the surfers on the beach just below the house. Since purchasing the house in 2014, we have continually invested into renovating and improving the home. We have installed a new heated pool and have more than doubled the amount of deck space. We have expanded the breakfast/cocktail patio and have added some nice lounge furniture to enjoy the sunsets. We have renovated every bathroom in the house with new sinks, toilets, and mirrors. We will continue to improve the house and property as we move forward in order to make the Casa de Amigos experience even better. We purchased the lot adjacent to ours and have landscaped the space to have the feeling of a beautiful park. We have planted a variety of flowers and fruit trees to offer a unique experience and maximum relaxation. Bring the Whole Family! Casa de Amigos is a great place for families. The house is equipped with two Pack n' Plays as well two car seats and a high chair. There is also an additional smaller bedroom (not included in the listing of 5) that has two twin beds and a trundle (and a great view!) that would be perfect for children. Whether you want to come to ride the waves or relax at the beach or by the pool, Casa de Amigos is the place for you. NOTE: The list price includes one airport pickup and one airport drop-off per group for up to 7 people. Should you have multiple flight times/dates, or a very large group, you will need to pay for additional transportation. Grabbing a taxi or private Suburban at the airport is a piece of cake, or if time permits, we offer additional airport pickups and drop-offs at $75 per trip. Please let us know in advance if your group will have multiple arrivals or departures and we will help coordinate with you. Our normal check-in time is 4:00pm and check-out is 11:00am. More often than not, we are able to accommodate earlier arrivals and later departures, free of charge. The staff's day off is usually Sunday, but if your flight comes in or departs then, we can make arrangements for them to take another day. We recommend each guest contribute $10 per day to the staff for gratuity, assuming they are highly satisfied with the services.
